stim + sleeping pills

i insufflated about 200mg of methiopropamine over the course of about 8 hours so far, and now i'm starting to wind down and gonna try and get some sleep in a few hours

i know you really shouldn't take stims and sleeping pills at the same time, but i was just wondering how much diphenhydramine i could get away with taking before it becomes too dangerous? 50mg? 100?

or none?
 
Don't take more than about 100mg, try to stick around 50-75mg though. There shouldn't be any interaction, but at higher doses DPH can cause increased heart rate and psychosis, which is something you definitely don't want on a stim comedown.
 
I agree. Don't do more than 100mg. I have tried abusing Benadryl recreationally before and I literally went insane. The most weirdest trip of my life.
 
As the others have said, do not exceed a 100m.g. of diphenhydramine. It begins to have all sorts of nasty effects.

There are.Diphenhydramine is a parasympatholytic and all stimulants are sympathomimetic. As such, speaking very broadly, they compliment a lot of each others effects, i.e. both raise heart rate, blood pressure, cause mydrasis, and reduce gastric secretions and smooth muscle tone. Hypertension, and tachycardia leading to arrythemias are possible from either alone, and at much increased risk from both combined. To illustrate, Atropine, also a parasympatholytic is first line treatment for bradycardia, and often also used for shock which is non-responsive to volume replacement, due to its action of raising heart rate and blood pressure respectively. So you can see the interaction potential between that class of drugs and stimulants.

But very unlikely without taking excessively large doses.
