Cartesian theater.
Tried looking it up, couldn't find anything.
I just need to sleep off these DT's.
Basically, sleeping in 4 hour shifts, away for 4.
Sucks.
I want my life back.
Want to be able to walk outdoors without feeling like a leper vampire.

Okay yeah,
Thanks.

Oddly enough (?)...best place to come for 'drug' advice.
Real advice = Bluelight.

Sadly: I'm sure the DEA are here taking notes.
"Wait, marijuana isn't a psychotic narcotic???"

Maybe that's a good thing. :)
Real world experience...

I assume you meant Numencial? What drug(s) are in your Numencial? It has very different ingredients in different countries (this is one reason why drug names are preferable to brand names). Stilnox is zolpidem (the same drug as in Ambien). I can't tell you about the interactions until I know what drug you meant by "Numenicial" :)

But do you know what drug it is aside from the brand name? Numencial is a name for a number of different drugs. For example "Numencial" can be diazepam, or it can be galantamine hydrobromide, or it can be sulpiride...

As far as I know, it's a combination...right?

It's the anti-psychotic I'm afraid of...as I don't feel 'psychotic'.
And Tardive dyskinesiais not on my bucket list.

This detoxing shit is kicking my ass...which is weird because I've done it before, with nightmares, the whole bit, easier than this.
I slow down, slow down....then blow up and am back at 20 beers a night. Totally stopped the Clonazepam until I can get a grip on the alcohol and make a real PLAN for slowing down. I'm just drinking now...
Only have a few C-pan left...and the doctor bills are just one of MANY we have here in this house. Half the GD light bulbs are burn out and I wake up with my eyes twitching wildly, gait unsteady, and just generally stumbling like I was drunk, but without the pleasant numb giddiness....at all. It's like a mini-stoke every morning, until I get two or three hours of drinking.

Scary. Depressing.
I used to have a life.
now...

Also, Clonazepam, even in very small doses, seems to make me depressed.
I actually got choked up watching The Simpson. :(

The Simpsons!

I think that site is just saying Numencial is a brand name for a different drug in different countries, not that all of those ingredients are in it. I really wouldn't take it without even knowing what drug it is. Numencial is a brand name for more than one drug. It's weird, because it's not too often that you come across that, usually drugs should have unique brand names for obvious reasons. Like check this out:

This site lists Numencial as:
Numencial
Category: Parasympathomemetic Cholinergic Agents
Active ingredient: Galantamine Hydrobromide

And this one:
Numencial
Active ingredient:
Galantamine hydrobromide
Indications: Alzheimer's disease
NOTE: Preparations with a similar name but different ingredients have been marketed in some countries.

While this site says:

Numencial
Diazepam and Sulpiride
Each tablet contains:
Sulpiride 50.0 mg
Diazepam 2.5 mg

If you live in the US (?) I am assuming the one you have is the one from Mexico, which appears to be the diazepam and sulpiride one? Where did you get it? Do you have a bottle with a label or anything? Just really want to make sure which "Numencial" you are taking.

Sulpiride is an antipsychotic used mainly in the treatment of psychosis associated with schizophrenia and major depressive disorder. It is has not been approved for use in the United States or Canada. Its primary mechanism of action is as a selective dopamine antagonist. Normal doses are considered 50-200mg/day. Sulpiride was found in one study in rats to upregulate GHB receptors, interestingly. Sulpiride is supposed to apparently have a bit less likelihood of causing extrapyramidal side effects than some older antipsychotics, but it can still cause them and many other side effects. It also can cause physical dependence.

Sulpiride + benzos + zolpidem + alcohol definitely has interactions. Mostly they can have additive effects with each other, which can worsen the side effects as well add to the "desired" effects.

Sulpiride + alcohol:
Coadministration of antipsychotics and alcohol can lead to increased alcohol adverse effects (e.g. drowsiness, incoordination) and additive CNS depressant effects. Additionally, there is also an increase in the incidence of extrapyramidal adverse effects in patients taking antipsychotics and alcohol. Patients should avoid alcohol consumption while taking sulpiride.

Sulpiride + zolpidem:
Sulpiride may have an additive effect with zolpidem.

Diazepam (or other benzos) + zolpidem:
Central nervous system- and/or respiratory-depressant effects may be additively or synergistically increased in patients taking multiple drugs that cause these effects.

And I assume you already know the risks between benzos and alcohol right?

I hope you're ok <3 Detoxing gets worse every time :(

i think zolpidem is definitely not good to be mixing with alcohol, its a potent sleeper and produces vivid hallucinations (which you don't want, they aren't the normal hallucinations you get, they are more of a deleriant kind).

are you detoxing from alcohol?

have you tried to use valium instead and knock the anti-psychotic on the head/try a different one?

i wish you the best of luck and get better soon.
