Still Tripping

OK,
Two days ago i took two drops of really potent liquid acid. I tripped my balls of for about 8 hours. But now, its two days later and everytime i look at a ceiling or a wall, that slidy snakey effect of acid comes back to me. Is that normal?

Relax and realize that LSD is out of your system within several days. Anything after that is all in your head.

Shit! I dunna, you might be "stuck" and you will NEVER COME DOWN! This happened to a friend, he had a sheet, no a book, wait a BIBLE of LSD in his pocket and was running from the cops, he ran through a sprinkler and all the LSD (10,000 hits) was absorbed into his body... he is in a mental hospital right now, he thinks he is an orange and wont let anyone near him for fear they will peal him!
Don't worry, it will pass.. it's fairly common, not really from the DRUG but your minds reaction to it.. the visual 'disturbances' can last for weeks according to a friend who, well, trips and gets visuals for weeks..

Sounds to me like you could be tripped out for life buddy! I hope you enjoy the rest of you're days in cartoon land.
 
Why worry???? As long as you know its not there , then what does it matter.
I see that shit everyday and I think I will see it everyday for the rest of my stupid life , but I know its not real , so I don;t care.

If youve just started tripping, and this is happening a few days after trippin, i would consider stoppin tripping or take a good amount of time in between trips as you *could* develope HPPD....But if youve tripped many of times and this hasnt happened, go ahead and fry..
 
Good Corruption... HPPD [Hallucinogen Perception Persistence Disorder] and flashbacks are two totally different things. HPPD is a persisting thing (hence the second P). Flashbacks are are only short lasting disturbances, and i believe they are thought to be related to PTSS [Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome].
Acid is a powerful drug...
BTW... that happens to me too. it should go away in a week or two (unless you do more acid of course!). dont worry!

If the visual symptoms last more than a week or two then you probably do have HPPD. The chances of developing HPPD are very rare, though. It is though that there are less than 10,000 people with this disorder in the world out of the millions of people who have done psychedelics. I suggest that you look up the website dedicated to this disorder and see if your symptoms match the diagnosis. www.stormloader.com
Bye the way, I have had mild HPPD for over a year now. It doesn't matter how much you've gotten spun. I've done Psychedelics for over 8 years, totalling several hundred times, but there are people who develop it the first time they get spun. It's pretty shitty at first, but you get used to it over time. It usually fades after a good amount of time (a year or two), but there are people who have had it for twenty plus years. Oh, yeah anything in the psychedelic family can cause it including the MDXX's and the dissociatives.
 
The FED's reckon that LSD stays in you're spine for life pal. You're just never gonna stop hallucinating! What have you done to yourself?
 
ever since my last acid expierience i am able to see some patterns like my ceiling start to swirl but not quite as much like im tripping. kinda wierd, but i wouldnt worry about your situation
 
i know many people dont believe in HPPD but i have to say i do because im pretty sure i have it. the last time i tripped was about a month ago, and before that about 10 months, and every single day from the first time i tripped i have seen colored spots, or walls melting, or grass moving in wave-like motions, etc, etc... i have the same amount of visuals everyday as i would if i took 1 hit, their mild and ive learned to live with them but they arent going away any time soon
