I recently acquired some hydromorph contin (extended release dilaudid) and I did between 10g-16mg. I'm not exactly sure how much was in them because the pills were tampered with and I got robbed but thats another story lol.

Anyways, this happened around 4-5pm spaced out by about 20 minutes or so. I crushed up the little balls and railed it and I got pretty messed up but now it's been almost 12 hours and I'm still nodding.

Is this normal and why do I still feel it after such a long time?! Usually dilaudid high is about 4-6 hours for me, the last couple hours being the nodding bit but it's still going now and I cannot sleep while on these because I twitch everytime I doze off... Very annoying.

the beads were most likely not crushed completely to allow for full instant release leaving you with x amount of the dilauded still being time released, most likely accountable for the extra long high. the time release is for 12hrs.

Damn I haven't been able to nod for that long since I stopped being able to get OP's 160mgs down the hatch and I'd be in heaven for 10-12 hours.

I didn't think uncrushed balls would make it up my nose, guess I was wrong :/

I guess it's kinda nice but it would really suck if I had to be up early the next day... not gonna be able to sleep for a while still. I like the high better than the nodding though, nodding freaks me out and I always think I'm gonna die in my sleep lol.

Nodding out is the bees knees.

Cool Story Bro.

@OP, You took a time released opioid and are experiencing the medication as it was designed to work. What do you think the Contin in HydromorphContin stands for? Continuous release... Does anyone still do research before administering drugs anymore?
