Steroids or no?

Well, just like you can find threads about alternative forms of relaxation in any of the drug forums, you can find questions about physical fitness that don't involve steroids here. Steroids are about augmenting physical fitness, so it's not all that surprising to see a lot of questions about lifting generally, other supplements, etc.

I see quite a few threads about the use of various steroids. Don't really see a problem if someone wants an alternative to steroids, or wants to know about certain lifts.
 
go running on an empty stomach 1st thing in the morning

i cannot stress how good this is at melting fat, you burn fat because you have no food in your stomach.
