steroids and bloating

im on TRT for tesosterone levels. I am holding a ton of water and feel like a bloated chic. How can i cut down on holding water, can i ask my doc for anything. I dont look CUT at all and look worse IMO.

Diet like Voxide said. As long as I eat right, I look cut and defined. One wrong meal with too much salt, or sugar and all my definition goes soft.

Watch your sodium intake and avoid processed foods.

Yep. Use a salt substitute with Potassium in it. Can't even taste the difference.

And you're not on TRT to look cut in the first place. You're on TRT to function in your daily life without feeling like shit. Hopes and expectations like the ones you seem to have are exactly why doctors are so reluctant to prescribe these drugs to anyone.

Its actually caused by elevated levels of estrogen. Test converts into estrogen so you may either be on too much T or need an aromatase inhibitor. Talk to your endo about new blood work to check estro.
