Steroid for health - anti depression for older guy?

Off the antidepressants. Using Androgel testosterone supplement (injectables were out of stock) and Dianabol 5 mg tabs. Works nicely for me until now. Baby steps, baby steps. Buddy recommends Arimidex (estrogen blocker) and Tribulus (Chinese herb med). What tweeks do you guys see on the table?
 
Adex is not an estrogen blocker in stead it prevents the conversion or aromatization of the testosterone into the estrogen compounds.
