okay so i started on test 250 / week and this new ironmag supp. called super-dmz rx, because i heard it was almost as potent as superdrol with less HDL sides.
anyway, i brought my HDL up since my last time i had blood work done, and my cardio is through the roof compared to before, i never used to be able to swim from one side of the pool to the other lol, now i can do it like nothing, however just i case i'm supplementing fish oil and astaxanthin for heart health and i'm going to start running every day other than squat day and the day after that (for recovery purposes obviously).
anyone know if this would be enough to keep my HDL fine? i also cut all red meat out of my diet and most of the fat out too, and i'm taking a vitamin b-complex. excuse my health-related OCD haha. gained 2 pounds on the first day, hopefully it wasn't just water! feeling that aggression/anxiety too!
