Opioids Staying high the longest

So this is my first post and I'd like to say hey and I have a question. I searched through the forums and saw a lot of advice on opiates and such, but for the most part I'm a newbie. As far as my tolerance goes, if i take around 15 mg of oxycodone I feel most of the effects. So my question is I plan on going out on a day trip which is around 11 hours and I'm wondering how I can basically be feeling the opiates for the whole trip or the longest possible.


So these are the pills I currently have:
7 Percocets 5mg/325mg(Oxycodone)
6 Lortabs 7. 5mg/500mg(Hydrocodone)
4 Tramadols 50mg
4 Darvocets 500mg/650mg(heard these suck lol)
Also I have white grapefruit juice and thats it, any help will be greatly appreciated :D.

take 15mg oxy. then switch off dosing 15mg of lortab and 15mg oxy ever 4-6 hours, or when you feel sober, dont dose if you feel high still. take additional if needed. these threads are frowned upon here. take it very easy with the doses. not a fan of tramadol and darvocet
