Status of 4-aco-dmt

A friend of mine wants to do a little research on 4 aco DMT. What I personally would Luke to know is:
-the legal status of this chemical in the states as of 2015/2016 (couldn't find much info)
-anonymity of buying it online and chances of setbacks (I.e either in the post office or the law getting involved)
-similarity to other psychedelics.
-worthwhile experiences

4-AcO-DMT. I believe its illegal in alot of states in America and is UK class A.

Its similar to psychedelics such as 4-HO-MIPT and 4-HO-MET in my experience. Its a mushroom-esque type trip.
