Bupe Starting suboxone...have questions.

Tuesday I have an appointment with a sub doctor and I have a few questions.

When I called they said it would be 250 bucks for the first visit then 175 for additional appointments.
So i guess i pay them and I get a script. Oh yea cash only. Is this normal?

Also I want to do a 30 day taper , I wonder how many will be scripted to me on my first visit? I would like to know about other people's experiences on their first visit.

Also any other info or advice would be great. Im excited to finally take a step towards recovery. I realize subs can be a slippery slope if im not careful.

This kind of thread just ends in conjecture and speculation.

But yes it is normal for Suboxone doctors to charge that much unfortunately.

Regardless we don't do prices here in OD.
