Ive recently put on weight managed to get myself up to 80 kilos from a mere 65 kilos. I was 99% muscle now about 2/3 muscle 1/3 fat maybe more maybe less. I did this by eating unprocessed oats almost exclusively - about a kilo a day over a year. (Makes shits as big as footballs.)
I had to stop this diet as I continued to gain weight. Once I convert this to muscle perhaps Ill continue.
Prior to this I could never gain weight only get ripped.
Now I want to convert all my weight into muscle. I think I should use steroids. Ill ask my Suboxone doctor to script me some or ill buy from some body builders i know.
When I was 15 i was about 50 kilos and I went to a doctor asked for steroids and he gave me something called Primabollen or Permabollen or soemthing like that I cant remember cause it was so long ago. (Im 25 now) It was oral steroid only about 2 or 3 or maybe 5 mg tablets. I took one a day. I dont know what if any effects they had at that time. I was lifting and I did feel stronger but that may have been placebo.
Since then Ive not had more steroids.
I was wondering exactly what steroids or hormones or whatever i should ask the docs for and how much should i expect the steroids to work for me and how much I should train as well like what percentage of effort will the steroids do for me.
