Starting an online shop

I am very unsure where exactly to create this thread, so moderators please move it if I`ve created it at the wrong spot.
Anyway...

I have a strong interest in starting an online herb shop using some online shopping software like shopify or something, where I will be selling various herbs, plants, seeds, etc like Hawaiian Baby Woodrose Seeds, Calea Zacatechichi leafs and seeds, various herbs of various kinds, but I would like to at this point keep it legal as I am a too big of a coward selling illegal stuff.

As I am quite unfamiliar with running an online shop I would appreciate if some could tell me some guidelines regarding selling herbs/drugs and tips on how to start and general recommendations, as I do not consider it a normal type of business.

I am somewhat certain that I have to register my online business somewhere, however since HBWR seeds are illegal for consumption here where I live in Europe I am somewhat worried how to deal with that, do I have to treat them with some sort of anti consume substance before they will allow me to sell them online.
It will be a very small business based in Europe where I grow the herbs in my garden, it want be some sort of massive online herb selling earning factory or anything. My garden is small, a hobby shop in some way.

I have become quite keen on working with plants and I find it exiting maybe earning some money selling herbs online, so I feel I could give it a shot.
Should I work illegally and not register my business, I mean it is a very small business and the plants I grow will be barely visible in my garden, I will receive payments through Paypal so I`m trying to weight what would be best to do.

Anyway, I would appreciate all types of help, experiences other have had.

At risk of getting my balls stuck in a clamp, I'll go ahead and say that the vast majority of vendors – both for RCs and botanicals – never registered shit with anybody, they just mailed shit once they got paid. That's how I vended, which I do not do anymore, that's how everybody else vended. Had a website, etc, I just didn't allow direct purchase, I used Wordpress and wrote a custom form for people to fill out, with what, how much, what shipping options, intent of use statement, payment method (WU, cash in mail, Moneygram, Chase Quickpay, Paypal, Dwolla, Serve, Square, a few others, all in no particular order, versatility is best) and checkbox for 'you agree unconditionally to terms and conditions' etc. I also took PMs on the various forums. Also did lots of business via hushmail

This is not a 'safe' thing to do, but then selling plant matter for drug purposes, even if you pretend they're not for consumption, isn't safe either. The whole market is grey, and shades of grey. Be careful.

Hello, while your intentions are noble bluelight certainly isn't here to help people sell drugs of any sort so I've closed this.
Good luck and please stay honest. There are too many vendors in this scene who will sacrifice quality or the health of their customers to get better profit margins.
