Start to a bad alcohol habit while on probation

So I'm on probation and the only drug I can consume is alcohol(yes alcohols a drug). But lately it's starting to become a problem. It started when I started putting a few shots in my morning cup of joe. Then lead to being drunk all day. Has anyone else had this happen

This happened to me after I got off opiates and cocaine. I thought drinking alcohol wasn't so bad as worrying about copping every day plus it's legal. Boy was I wrong because soon it turned into drinking every waking hour. It got to the point to where I wasn't feeling buzzed anymore, just drinking to keep off the shakes. Alcohol withdrawal is no joke so be careful. If you can, find a way to limit your drinks before it starts affecting your health.
