Okay my friend is from Hudson Valley, NY. Around 2010 when heroin first started coming around big in Dutchess County, everybody had stamped bags. The quality was always down right amazing. In the past 2 years, the feds have really cracked down on heroin trafficking. It is to the point now to where nobody sells in individual bags (glassine envelopes) anymore and sells by the gram. I guess this is to avoid getting distribution charges versus a possesion charge due to the fact that if you get popped with those envelopes you automatically get a distribution charge. There is a catch though... if you buy a gram or even a bundle (which is about .27mgs to .3 mgs) you either get one bag of rock or powder. The quality of this is DRASTICALLY different from the stamps my friend used to get. My friend a while back had one guy that went to NYC and got "Untouchable" stamps and the quality was the same , if not better than it was years ago. My friend lost this dealer though and had to go back to picking up the other stuff that I described previously. Recently this week, my friend happen to get "Empire" stamps and this was even better than the "Untouchable". But this was a once in a lifetime thing and due to the circumstances he will not be able to aquire these again. My friends question is "What makes those stamped city bags so fucking good compared to the other "dope" that is sold as rocks or powder in a plastic baggy?" and also "How the hell does he pull off getting these things because it is worth the money but NOBODY seems to get them anymore?" Seriously what is the deal with those stamps? Do they put fentanyl in them? Are they more pure? And where did they all go?
