Hey guys
Over the last 11 months I have pretty much stopped my drug use. 1 pill, 1 night on ice, one night on acid and a little pot here and there.. that's it. The reason for this has mostly been due to developing uncontrollable shakes in my left hand and anxiety issues. For the shakes I started eating a lot of soy granules (for the choline) and for the anxiety/general brain repair I ordered some 'Pay Attention' smart-drugs.net.

The shakes are WAY better than they used to be and my memory feels like it has returned quite a bit, but the anxiety is still there. I've started seeing a shrink who was reluctant to give me benzos, so instead suggested I tried St. John's Wort. I've only been on it a few days, but I'm aware that I shouldn't be touching any SSRI's or anything while on it and was curious if anyone knew if I should also be refraining from the Pay Attentions? They are a stacked cap as follows;
Piracetam 1000mg
Centrophenoxine 250mg
Phenylethylamine 200mg (this one worries me a little about long term use.. been on these since February and think I'll just get straight Piracetam next)
Picamilon 50mg
Rhodiola rosea 50mg
Idebenone 10mg
Pyritinol 10mg
Vinpocetine 5mg
Huperzine A 200mcg

Any help or suggestions are appreciated, thanks!

Bump. The one reply disappeared before I could get back to it?

You were the one reply, as for anxiety have you tried kava or Valerian both legal Valerian can be found at any CVS, Rite aid, etc. Kava is the best possible solution for anxiety without resorting to benzos or SSRIs. Has to be bought online buy the root and make the tea the kava pills don't work for shit.

Someone different posted, and then deleted their post. He isn't referring to himself. ;)

Be careful of St. Johns worts enzyme inhibition. It is pretty strong and can screw up metabolism of a lot of things. Its a CYP3A4 inhibitor... I don't use it anymore because of that.

quite a stack

nootropics can be a little stimulating. anything that is stimulating will increase the frequency of anxious thoughts and how much they effect you

if you're into stimulants or nootropics there's a chance you're just gonna have to live with at least a little anxiety

Caution is necessary with St Johns Wort because it interacts with LOTS of other drugs in many ways. If you are on warfarin, St Johns can be fatal...just one example.

I agree with Benzo Guy & Lenses on this one. Kava (proper root powder not extract), & valerian are both viable & safer alternatives.

Kava in particular is excellent, feel free to pm me if you want any info on Kava;)

Yeah kava is great if taken in large enough doses. It's comparable to a stimulating drunk.(Ya gotta choke it down , don't even try the alcohol extracts, ewwww). I have had success with pills of freeze dried kava.

Yeah, I'm aware that Johnny can interact badly with other drugs, but does anyone know if it's safe with what's stacked in those caps? I'm not touching any circles or anything like that right now. I also have got some Valerian, though I've only really been using it to sleep. A good idea to take some in the day too do you think? Never even heard of kava, I will look into it a bit.

Thanks.
