Well I recently took a 6 month break thinking it would do something to my tolerance but it did absolutely nothing. My buddies got way higher off one cap than I did off the two I took. It makes no sense because this is my longest break ever and it was also my worst/weakest roll yet. I also work out 6 times a week, eat tons of food high in tryptophan and still barely felt the mdma. It was about a year and a half ago my mdma abuse started and even when I was rolling weekly I'd roll way harder. The only thing that came from the break was less of a comedown, the comeup was so weak I can't even put it into words.
So I'm thinking one of these supplements might help. I say 5htp because with the foods I eat I should have super high levels in serotonin unless my body is having troubles converting to it. I've done some research on the other two but I'm not sure which one would be better bang for my buck. I'm basically looking for whatever supplement which will help me with my problem the most, some first hand accounts would be greatly appreciated.
