Yes, for boosting steroidogenesis. Yes T3 I tried today and small amounts indeed are calming. You can always tell when someone is familiar with Rays perspective...
It's a GABA antagonist afaik...(!) Ray didn't recommend it.
For what, boosting steroidogenesis you mean? See blue below:

But what I would like to find are substances that actually affect the enzymes that are necessary for the production of allopregnanolone. Well, small dose of fluoxetine might be good and also amitriptyline at 25mg affects allopregnanolone very positively.
Another conversion booster I have used is Lithium at micro doses like 1000-5000ug:s. It is also beneficial for myelin sheats and is anabolic to brain. Baclofen is also affecting allopregnanolone by some downstream mechanism if I recal correctly. But baclofen per se is incredibly anabolic to brain in generall and gives deep sleep why it is so stupid IMO that it isn't prescribed more for sleep problems. Baclofen and gabapentinoids are the only drugs that actually enhance sleep quality but all the mainstream sleep medicines just worsen sleep quality like Z-drugs and benzodiazepines most of them make sleep architechture much worse.
Gaba-b agonists and gabapentinoids are the only ones good for insomnia by actually making sleep better by increasing deep sleep or delta state. That is the part of the sleep people loose gradually when they get older. It is also the part of sleep that is disturbed concomitantly with every sickness or especially with mental ilnesses. Enhancing sleep is one thing that makes Baclofen so anabolic to brain as it is in delta state where all prolife reactions happen.
