Ok, a friend (seriously) has just come off citralopam (sp) 4 days ago, how long will he need to be clean of SSRI's before he will get the full effects of MDMA?

Depending on how long they were on it, they may never ever feel the affects as ssris can make permanent or at least long lasting changes to the brain.
Stopping medications simply to use ecstasy is a very bad thing to do.
