So quick summary: I roll every few months, and it helps with my depression.. However because of alcohol and other reasons I have mild to mod depression and anxiety. I roll every 2-3 months, and don't abuse. Alcohol I have abused and am trying to abstain.
What I need is to possibly take something to help me cope, but wont hurt me more or hurt my recovery.
Are there any antidepressants out there that won't interfere with MDMA in anyway. (Meaning, I am fine from abstaining from antidepressant usage for a few days before/after rolls, but not if it will prevent me from doing MDMA at all for a significant time).
I know SSRI's cause this. How about a SSRA? I really don't want to take something that will alter my brain chemistry long term. I've heard that once you're on an antidepressant, you're stock on it for years, or life.
I'd like to ideally undo neurodamage as well. I take piracetam daily, and I've heard SJW can help with repairing damage to serotonin receptors. Are there other (non herbal) antidepressants that have this same action?
How about for alcohol? Can I reregulate my GABAa receptors?
I know lots of questions, but any help is appreciated.
