Sprung at Sublime

the second they make a mistake, and kick someone out for something that isn't drugs, they'll be fucked... i think...
surely they aren't allowed to put cameras in the cubicles though, that is invasion of privacy isn't it? if they did hand you over to the law, surely you could sue for invasion of privacy... given that you were actually using the toilet...
i always munch my pills in the middle of the dance floor, while bopping about myself.
don't worry me about home, i have'nt even been to sublime yet.

Second level toilets are safe, or maybe I'm just good (
wink.gif
), I ingested a hefty amount of goey in there (about a month ago) while pretending to take the kids to the pool.
I wouldn't usually take anything on the dance floor even though it's probly quite safe (I did last weekend, well off to the side, same place where deals were being made) and deffinately wouldn't do it in the chill out areas.
It's pretty stupid it be doing it inside anyway but then again it's stupid to be taking drugs hey? I'm sure you catch my drift (no pun intesded)...
There's always gonna be a few unlucky ones getting caught and people (i.e. bouncers and cops) aren't always going to play by the rules. All we can do is our best to avoid being caught and hope that we don't fall victim to bad timing and the like.

SherbetAss,
Can you tell us which toilet and even which cubicle you were in?
Just so we can try work out where these supposed "cameras" are..
I have *used* the downstairs toilets (off to the side of voodoo dance floor) many times but always in the cubicles closest to the urinal (as #K9# mentioned) and have never had a prob.. I must agree that out on the dance floor is the easiest.. in your hand, in your mouth.. done... altho the transition from your sock to ya pocket to ya hand can be tricky (especially if you wanna know what you're munching hehe like #k9# sed)
p.s about the castor sugar thing... im pretty sure that sublime posts a "no pills or powder, legal or otherwise" notice on the entrance, and in the toilets.. so castor sugar is a legal powder.. their drug policy says you cant bring it in? dunno how legally binding that is though.. also my memory may be wrong =]

i completely agree with what #K9# said... there are so many easy ways to consume inside home nightclub without the risk of being busted... if you use the downstairs toilets you are just asking to get busted... it is not sensible procedure to be heading in there to "do your business" excrementally or otherwise... those toilets are really really dirty for one...
so for safer clubbing, don't use them at all... except for the urinals, coz those mirrors will fuck with your head!!

Okay letsee...
heres my reports...
1st level male toilets.
Sinks |Cube| Urinals with mirrors

Done naughty stuff in #2,3,4. Been skeptical of #1 & 3 on basis that anyone basically walking on that raised platform can look over easily... and spring you.
Level 2 toilets
Done naughty stuff in both the cubicals, no springage.
Level 3 toilets
Done naughty stuff in one of the cubicals, no springage...
Homebar, unisex toilets,
Done naughty stuff in one of the cubicals... no springage...

The biggest thing is to watch out for the cameras, around the place... they setup a Camera on the 2nd floor where i sometimes sit and chillout and we only just realised it.. lol :P
on the 1st floor in the chillout room, theres a camera there... its so obvious, but you'll be suprised how many people forget its actually there.. lol

I always eat in the toilets cause i usually mix my pills. I need to know what i am eating first. Unless i am sticking with the same pills all night, i always make use of the cubicles.
Heads up people....

The current situation is largely that there is no right to privacy. I know there will be small regulations out there that do give a little (ie: let people know they are on camera etc), but there is no way you can sue for a breach of privacy. Unlike the US, we don't have one. This is particularly the case when you are on someone else's property. On your own property privacy is protected through other avenues such as trespass.

hmmm...
anyone else noticed that we are possibly giving home advice on where to put more cameras?

Nice work pundi - as stated, you can't sue for invasion of privacy.
Also, a bit of common sense.. coming before a court, "Your honour, i would like to bring an action against home nightclub, because they spied on me while i racked up a few lines of speed, popped a few pills, and then confiscated my stash. I feel that is an invasion of privacy."
Get real.
Discretion is your best friend, and never carry more than you can eat yourself. It doesn't matter where you do it, in the cubicles, dancefloor, chill out room, carpark, etc, as long as you use some common sense and a bit of discretion then you should be sweet.
Walking out of a cubicle after 15 minutes all blurry eyed with a white crusty nostril and snifling like a madman, isn't discretion. Quickly dumping your gear in the back corner of the club, then moving out onto the dancefloor, is the easiest way.
As a final point - home nightclub probably isn't interested in busting people using a tiny stash, or whatever, they are trying to stop people being blatantly fucked in their club, and/or dealing a shit load. Unless they are club dealers, etc then try to be discreet, because you, Jo Punter, will be the person that gets home fucked over if they get raided and you're racking huge lines of goey with a baggie of 20 pills in a cubicle. They know this, and they sure ain't going to protect you from the cops, they are trying to protect themselves.
Hmmm, i have an interesting idea for a current affair's show, "What happens behind the cubicle door of one home nightclub on a friday night." An interesting read.

home is probably the most 'strict' club that i've been to in sydney. There is security and cameras everywhere.
I can't say that i've seen it to that degree anywhere else.

I have to agree with bubbles....HOME is very strict. I go to Soho and Tantra (sydney) and I have done racks of goey on the sink in the bathroom...eaten pills in the lounge area...and never any bouncers around with their eyes open. I think you can a "gut feeling" when your being watched or when you know you are in an area you could get caught. Discretion is everything. I have been to home many times-kinky disco and sublime and always knew it was strict but until now never that strict. At a recent "dimitri from paris" concert @ home, I went into the toilets with a friend of mine to have a rack and the festy perverted indonesion men told us to get out asap, we giggled and jumped out of there! Needless to say, this might be off the topic, but there are those indonesion men who give out massages-hand, neck and shoulders for a tip and I once was there with my friends, and saw the most disgusting sexual activities (not actually sex, but the like, if you get my drift) going on between a young girl and this indo man....in the corner where the small couches are! No joke hey! It was around Dec last year. I think its called "soliciting" hey...we were sickened and seeing that shit made me wanna just get outa the club...soooo fucking grose! arhhh the girls must of been off their trolleys to do that shit hey! All the girls that saw what was going on were just tisking in disgust..uurrrrgggg! Anyway , a bit rambling off the topic...but yeh watch ya back @ home, I just have a gut feeling when it comes to that place about being CAREFUL!

Guys,
You all do know that drugs are illegal! Of course you should expect to be watched and monitored, I would have to say I have never seen any real trouble at Home, so I figure that the only reason the security is there. Just be careful, and another thing I dont think you really should mention specific clubs in this forum as Im sure that Home do not publically endorse most of the stuff talked about around here.
Anyway see you all there!

"Nice work pundi - as stated, you can't sue for invasion of privacy."
Not at all for any reason?
Not even if a shop has a two way mirror in the changeroom or something???
Not if your employer puts cameras in the women's toilets and secretly tapes you???

There is no action in (Australian) law called "invasion of/to privacy". There is however several other actions which you may bring.
An action for trespass to person is probably your most beneficial course. I meant there is no "invasion of privacy" action, just like you can't "sue for assault". You can still have an action against dodgy fuckers with double mirrors, hidden cameras, etc.

sheesh. If there is cameras in the toilets and they nabbed everyone.. you know the clubs would be almost fucking empty!
*bunny looks back on what he has done in toilets apart from drugs ... giggles like a school girl*

Actually..that gives me an idea.
Get your best friend and his girlfriend/boyfriend and put them in the next cubicle.... let them have dirty sex in the toilet, distract security and you go in the other cubicle/s and rack up, drop or whatever!!!
*bunny puts up hand.... I'll help!!!!*

Heads up BLers. Gas also has cameras. Lots.
I'll see U all at Slinky... just remember to think a bit before you drop!

not to be *paranoid* or anything, but $makt sounds a lot like they are sticking up for home. Like a promoter would.

of couse they don't, but everyone on here knows that people go to home to take drugs. I had my first pill at home (I hope they feel special!)
BTW, I hope that the lovely security people at home are getting some great ideas from this thread as to where to put new cameras!
anyway, home sucks! go somewhere else where you can freely take drugs wherever the hell you want!
