Sprinkling drugs on an open cut

SWIM is considering sprinkling some xanax or heroin into an open cut cause he doesn't have a syringe. Is this possible, or is it just a huge waste of drugs?

Man a few nights ago I randomly remembered the officer who taught "D.A.R.E" saying people did this with cocaine, and i was thinking it was so wasteful when i thought of it and never heard anyone even considering it. Seriously just put drugs up your nose or in your mouth, dont rub them on open wounds they do not work that way.

Random question: does DMSO basically allow transdermal penetration of most drugs, or only certain types?

Seriously though, even if putting drugs on an open wound worked it would be super wasteful. Not to mention you are going to seriously screw with the healing process or possibly make the wound work.

This is a terrible idea and will not work.

There is no reason to ever IV Most benzos.. no rush, great oral availability so whats the point.

Smoke or plug the the heroin.. I know its not the same, but your not thinking well

You will receive no rush from attempting this.

Please seek out a good source for syringes and use a clean one every time.

Google them.. Look into harm reduction organizations where you are

Is it any better if u shoot it like in ir asshole area cuz I've heard of it. So you wouldn't want to stick it straight up the hole? They make suppositories and those I've heard are good.

Plugging is NOT shooting in your ass vicinity. You'll take the needle off the syringe and put the solution into your rectum like an enema

Talk about an "infection just waiting to happen". Not mention that fact, isn't it inside the vein (the bloodstream) a junkie is shooting for, not in a spot of peeled back flesh!
