splitting up because of a bad trip

did it ever happen to you that when you go in public with someone lets just say in the subway with someone and you two pretend to not each other so you wont bad trip? i know it sounds weird but i have done it with people before
 
I'm not sure exactly how you mean, and so I'm not sure if I should keep this thread open or not.

So, basically, the two of you are tripping and you pretend not to know each other so as to avoid a bad trip? Is that right?
 
Happened to a friend of mine. He and his girlfriend took mushrooms, and at the peak of the trip, my friend began to believe that he was actually gay, and he shared that with his girlfriend. Didn't go over to well

yes exactly. sorry my english is not too good. i wonder if this has happened to other people because sometimes me and my friends do that
 
Oh shit, I'm sorry, i was confused by the title of the post. Yeah that definaty has happened to me. Sometimes you just need to be in your owne for a bit when you're tripping. I found that I felt that the most with THC strangely enough.
 
The idea is to pretend you don't know the person who is tripping with you. As in, you drop acid and you go "hi, i'm john, what's your name?" "i'm sarah, would you like to go for a drink?".
I think it's a great idea.

whoa that's bizarre! Let's see what others have to say about it. (I've never tripped, so I have no experience with it.)
 
Ive tripped acid with a gf years back & liked being with her. Thing is, when I would trip on shrooms, I didnt want anyone around, especially when I had my one & only bad trip on shrooms............never had a bad trip on acid tho.............

I never liked being around friends when tripping on acid unless it was my girl or any girl for that matter. Did trip at the red rock canyons in Nevada years ago by myself, that was awesome & everyone should trip once in their lives in the desert/canyons.
