I have found I tend to prefer slower release opiates because I like the longer duration. I don’t know whether it’s being on lexapro and/or Wellbutrin but I’m only getting maybe an hour from IR Oxycodone which I take once a week.
I usually take 15mg at a time so I want hoping I could split the OC 80 and take 20mg and get a slower release. I know splitting the ER pills does interfere with the times release to a degree but I’ve heard the gummy quality of the formula should slow things down a bit. I’d love to hear from others who have experimented with this! Specifically, how slowed down is a split oxy ER and what dosage of split oxy ER would be the equivalent to 15mg oxy IR? Cheers!
