hey guys. i know yall gonna say its stupid n shit but listen to this story. (~2 years ago) i was with this chick while my dude went on a testdrive to trade hondas (lol). so its me n her in my car, she says hey i got some bud, so she pulls her bag out, and i guess she kept her xanax bars in the bag of weed, and there was only about a bowl, maybe a joint in the corner of this bag. this chick says ohhh fuckkk my bars got smashed in the weed. so she picks out all the chunks, and by time she pulled it all out, there was about half, maybe a quarter of a bar left in the weed (all powder). so she dumps the bud mix into a bowl, and we smoke. the onset was normal, but i was laughing more than usual. the uncontrollable LSD laugh. we go into a store, to buy a blunt, and im still geekin out and giggling, i look behind me, and there is a cop- he looks like hes 12 feet tall, and i just start BUSTING out laughing.... we buy the blunt, and we go out side, and i light up a cig. i start looking around, and realize im lost, and have NO idea where we are (i knew where we were when we got there...) i was completely LOST... and i start to notice, everything starts looking like a cartoon. everything straight up looked like it was a cartoon. so im like whoaa somethins going on, im fucked up im gettin in my car. i go to reach for the handle, miss it by like 4 inches, and start falling backwards. i somehow catch myself from falling on my ass, and said fuuuuuck that, so i just went back to leaning on the trusty wall. this whole experience didnt last very long, and was just high by the time we left.

my question is, why did everything look like a cartoon, and why was i laughing uncontrollably. was it just the weed, or smoking xanax does this? i have a few bars here and would love to get that experience back, but really dont want to waste a bar, lol. thanks for reading this long funny story.

***edit:: my weed tolerance is pretty high, probably 1 blunt every 20 minutes, every day for about 2 years. xanax, not so much. im not sure of my xanax tolerance back when this happened, i know i took some every now n then, but not regularly, maybe 1 bar once a month, MAYBE..

What you explained is nothing like taking xanax and then smoking weed. Even if the xanax somehow magically effected you from smoking it with weed, that is not how you would feel.
 
placebo effect yo, xanax wouldn't be absorbed through that route anyway, and it would all be burned up in the bowl of weed, so all you did was smoke a bunch of pill binders and fillers that you don't want to be smoking, as they are fucking ridiculously bad for your lung tissue and throat. just swallow xanax ok dude? it doesn't get absorbed through the nose either so don't do it that way. just swallow it and thats it.

yea i mean this was years ago, when i was stupid- take 3 hits of strong acid and go for a cruise to the other side of my city just to smoke a blunt with my dude, lol. so i mean it was a while ago. just curious if anyone tried this, or experienced any of the effects i stated from any other substance. i mean cartoonish visuals, and disorientation, confusion and uncontrollable laughter? that sounds like more than just weed to me.

Haha smoking xanax would be such a waste. It would just burn it all off and you'd be smoking burn binders and fillers. Probably even more hilarious than those sad souls who think it is the bee's knees to smoke their OC's off of tin foil..
 
yall think im the one who would have done this? back then, and even today i have never smoked a pill, except for that one time. if i wanted your stupid ass comments i would have said (dont post your stupid 3 word comments about how stupid it is, or a waste it is) ... read the fucking story, the chick had her bars smashed in the bag, and picked out all of it, except the little bit of powder, and i had a strange experience. so shut the fuck up with the stupid ass comments, and post wether or not you have had an experience like this.

this forum needs better control on the fucks that want to come on and make stupid ass comments to serious questions that would be appreciated if it was answered with respect and courtesy..

can we have someone who is serious about the harm prevention, and ANSWERS questions that are asked, mostly by people who come here before anyone else when they have a drug question. mods, maybe you should MODERATE these forums a little better, to control the kids that make stupid ass comments just to get their posts up...

she had very similar effects. cartoonish visuals, and uncontrollable laughter (more than me, she seriously would not stop laughing, couldnt even have a convo with her)...
im tired of coming to these forums, with a serious question that i would like answered maturely like the adults i hoped you all were, only to be let down with some childish redundant and not helpfull in any way, comments...
 
I wasn't referring to you, I realize you weren't the one to put the xanax in the blunt.. I was simply stating how it would be wasteful, as you would be burning off the very small amount of active ingredient and then just inhaling vapors or burnt binders and fillers, which cannot be very good for you. Just like with the people who smoke OC.. It most likely was placebo effect in your case, although those effects aren't even really like xanax.

My guess would be it was just the weed you were smoking.. i have gotten some very intense highs from weed alone, psychedelic to a certain extent..

Wasn't trying to get down on you, bro..
 
i appreciate the appropriate comments from HighHooked, TickleMyPickle, Kudders, and PoppyLlama. All the other comments and immature and childish, and lost all my respect toward them on any of their future posts. Im here to find a possible answer as to why i had these effects from smoking xanax mixed with weed. this incident was accidental, as i stated above in the op. i have never smoked any pill other than this incident. read the story before you clowns go and post ur stupid kiddy bullshit. go get ur posts up somewhere else, where people dont need your help in a serious matter such as the threads on this forum.

edit: a appreciate your MATURE respose brokedown (after the fact i had to point out the childish responses, on such a serious forum.) hope these other guys dont get anybody physically hurt with their stupid comments they make, causing some poor kid to listen to what they have to say. (such as people saying YA SHOOT A WHOLE 20$ BAG OF DOPE, IF U AINT NEVER DONE IT ULL FEEL SOMETHING) thats how people get hurt. i realize the stupid ass comments in this thread arent in any way going to hurt anybody, but you'll be surprise how often kids read the responses on this site, and actually listen to them, and end up in the hospital..
