Spiked?

Hi,

My girlfriend never does any drugs nor drinks alcohol. However, I feel that one night, someone may have spiked her drink, maybe with MDMA. She seemed very talkative with everyone and spent a long time talking (and sitting closer than normal) to a guy who really liked her (I think he may have spiked her drink). I think someone (maybe him) spiked my drink as well because I was really messed up that night, not like what alcohol could do. She says she did not feel any different than normal, but her behaviour suggested otherwise. My questions are:

1. Would she have known if he spiked her drink (taste, smell, etc.)?
2. Would MDMA cause her to be promiscuous or cheat?
3. Can someone get angry on MDMA?
4. Does MDMA cause one to be very emotional the next morning (she was crying and seemed very emotional).

There is a forum here called Sex and Relationships, I think you might be better off asking around there. I kind of doubt anyone "spiked" your drink... and if they did you probably would have likely noticed, MDMA tastes NASTY

There is no possible way for us to know whether or not anyone put anything in your girlfriend's drink, or yours.

That said,

Yes. MDMA and alcohol both have very noticeable, unpleasant flavors.

2. Would MDMA cause her to be promiscuous or cheat?
Maybe. Alcohol might cause this. Then again, people can be promiscuous when sober.

3. Can someone get angry on MDMA?
Unlikely. Alcohol might cause this. Then again, people can be angry when sober.

4. Does MDMA cause one to be very emotional the next morning (she was crying and seemed very emotional).
Possibly. Alcohol might cause this. Then again, people can be emotional when sober.

I was really messed up that night, not like what alcohol could do.

Believe it or not, alcohol can really mess you up.

^ i agree except i would add that it would not be hard to put a point or two of mdma into a drink and it would not be noticeable.
highly unlikely though.

Thanks for the input everyone. The consensus seems to point to no spiking. But I am curious, why are there differences in whether MDMA can be tasted or not, and is 1 or 2 points enough to get a first time user high?

Yes, .1 -.2 grams is enough to roll. But Vern, if she drank that much MDMA she would not feel normal, even if she couldn't taste the stuff. You're looking at an extremely unlikely scenario here.

Was she drinking alcohol? If so, maybe she just got too drunk. In any case, if you're concerned about her behavior what you really should do is talk to her about it.

But, in all seriousness, she would have felt something if she was drugged, no doubt.

Sounds nothing like her drink being spiked.

She might have been having a natural 'up'. I get them all the time, people sometimes think I'm on something when it happens because I'm speaking really fast and basically acting like I'm on speed.

As for the sitting closer to the guy that likes her, you might just be paranoid and noticing things that are essentially irrelevant.
