Misc Spice/K2/Synthetic Cannabis Drug Testing?

I smoked spice yesterday and the day before, but I have to go to the doctor for monthly drug testing, I don't have another drug test for another month, but I was wondering if the doctors drug tests test for spice now? If so how long does it take to get spice out of your system? I really cannot risk failing any drug tests so I need to know if the doctor will actually test for spice. No hating on me because I smoked spice, I don't like it either but I have drug tests so I can't smoke weed. Help would be great! Thanks.
