SPICE. farewell to this muck

Well I wont stop buying it, I had strong suspicions that it, like the other marijuana replacement highs had synthetic cannabinoids as their active ingredient. That was the reason I bought it, I want to get high.

its not scheduled in most places....

it acts on the same receptors but i don't believe it can be prosecuted under the analogue act, and its not scheduled.... but it probably will be soon, salvia still doesn't have any federal legislation and they have known about it for a while, so maybe it has a good deal of time left...

The addition of jwh-018 to the controlled substance list will likely be the death blow to the entire AAI family.

acts on the same receptors - sure but effects (IME) are similar to comparing a 'fun-size' dose of cannabis to a 'fun...wait-this-is-turning-fucked-up' experience.

I was convinced that the manufacturers had found themselves a nice loophole with SPICE and I bought a fair amount of it, convinced it'd be scheduled pretty damn soon.

Fact of the matter - if I'd bought the equivalent quantity of decent street weed, albeit at inflated prices, it would have been depleted in a few weeks. I think I've had the SPICE for almost 6 months and have had zero desire to try it again since the first few experiences.

Yeah I heard it has none of the psychedelic properties of thc, only a stoned relaxing feeling, but I'm sure it would be nice to smoke without weed, or with weed together.

Does anyone have any information on the safety profile of this chemical?
Ive been wondering about this as well....
I recently got to smoke ~ a gram of it over about 2 weeks and I didnt notice any negative side effects, the smoke seems less harsh than pot even. But every time I smoked it I wondered what the long term effects of smoking it would be.

I also find that the JWH chemicals have a very similar taste of Indole <3 makes me remember good times <3 <3 :) :D

This drug seems to be physically safe. A bunch of people (including myself) have tried it last year when it first appeared on the market (before Spice). None of these people (AFAIK) has complained of any physical issues.

Mentally though, it is another story. Many seem to agree that it is more anxiogenic than Cannabis. See the ADD forum for more information.

As JWH-018 is an analogue, will this cause issues in some countries with analogue laws? also Austrian authorities banned Spice on the 15 dec its also banned in Switzerland and the Channel Islands
i think this is some bad news for spice:(

found this on a german news site

the ban in austria is due to the law for medications, not due the anti-drug law; this means only that it must not be sold anymore, but you cannot get sued for simple possesion of spice yet.

On one hand, these synthetic products do work, and the effects can be extremely strong - on the other hand, the high sucks. Spice Diamond zonked me right out and made my eyes heavy without much of a buzz. Zohai SX gave me red-eye and munchies, but the effect was so speedy it made me feel like I was on the verge of a panic attack. It also caused serious time dilation while only lasting about an hour. Wierd. The effects of both blends was strong, but I couldn't figure out how to enjoy the high, if that makes any sense. Neither one gave me that blunt feeling. You know the feeling - you're sitting in bed, watching TV, everything's alright, everything will be OK, and you're just puffing on that delicious blunt like its the best piece of filet mignon you ever ate.

sry Frank Lucas but i believe you were enjoying a tobbacco high rather than one of lovely mj when puffing on that blunt.
