To reiterate what F&B, Cocaine is an effective local anaesthetic. Repeatedly administering it via IV will irritate the veins resulting in necrosis. In the same way repeated intranasal use fucks up your snozz :(
 
The cocaine is a stimulant which increases you blood pressure and heart rate. While the smack is a system deppresant, lowering your blood pressure and heart rate.

The coke will wear of first and the smack will start to have the opposite effect on the heart. This can put your heart out of rhythem leading to a very painful heart attack.
