There are lots of "speed" users in the Canada and the U.S.A. Of course, "speed" could refer to any number of drugs.

Of course there are speed addicts in North America, what kind of question is that/ what is the purpose of this thread?
I'd assume you're talking about amphetamines of some sort, it is well known that there is a shit ton of "speed" around the states ranging from crystal meth to adderall. Where there are drugs there are drug users.
