I'm looking for something to help my performance while working out, or jogging.

Will Speed help my performance or will it just make me pass out. because I've took speed before and it kinda makes my breathing out of sync.

exercising is the last thing on my list to do when I use speed.

I wouldn't recommend it for a host of reasons...
most having to do with your heart.
it's just unnecessary and yeah...

if youre interested in trying something natural, when I used to workout everyday I would take bee pollen capsules and tincture of rhodiola (sp). both give great energy for a workout.

Speed will make your will to workout disappear. Probably because it release Dopamine in your brain and already you get reward from doing nothing. I would rather recommend using Creatine or Caffeine.

Bollocks, before drug testing we used to dose amphetamine sulphate in out water bottle during rugby matches and there was definitely a performance boost. Obviously you need only a small dose. Before the seventies many an olympic gold medal was won using speed. Now days caffiene is the drug of choice it is not a patch on whizz.

Watch your heart and dont over do it.

^ Overdoing it is how Tom Simpson died... of course he combined it with alcohol and overexertion, but death while exercising on amphetamines is a big thing to watch form, imo.

I would highly recommend against it, mostly due to the fact that amphetamines tend to use up loads of energy, and the muscle gets catabolized first, since it's only 600 calories per pound, while fat gets catabolized second, since it's 3000 calories per pound.

I could see it more for a sport than just for jogging. Personally I would never want to go jogging after dosing some speed since there is nothing to really concentrate on while doing it.

I could see dehydration being more of an issue while exercising during a speed session, and it can't be good for the heart either.

bollocks nothing.
just because people "used" to do something, sure as shit doesn't make it right.
Sure, will speed increase performance? likely.
does recreational speed use have a high potential for abuse and addiction? yup.
is it more likely one would over exert themselves during a physical activity on speed vs not on speed? probably.

isn't this a harm reduction forum? or did I take a wrong turn somewhere?

I've tried working out on adderall and it is a heart attack waiting to happen. It affects the hippocampus as well which regulates body temperature, making you sweat profusely until you are severely dehydrated and about to pass out.In fact, judging by how sick I felt,if I hadn't stopped working out, I probably would have had a heat stroke Stay away from it man, it is NOT a good idea.

The first time I did meth I ran around my neighborhood for almost an hour. lol same with first time doing coke. But after the magic is gone you just stay inside becoming increasingly paranoid and "tweaky" IMO.

Don't use amphetamine for working out. It puts unnecessary strain on your heart and circulatory system, and the benefits from it won't last in the long term.

Speed for exercise? What's next?

Heroin for breath holding competitions?
MDMA for ballet dancers?
Xanax for college-entry exams?

What other bright ideas do you have?

Haha my thought exactly, but I started with opiates because of anxiety issues, also a stupid reason to use such dangerous drugs.

It could help if low stamina is a problem. Also, I find cardio exercise boring by itself-some speed and some loud music will really help keep you going for longer. IME really strong speed increases my strength as well.

Sure.. it will boost your performance, then and there, but your heart will take a beating and if it's atleast two things we gotta try to not wreck is our heart and brain. The only time I can see it viable to use any hard stimulant would be for competition finals. These people are willing to put their very lives on the line to get a gold medal or win the first price. You ain't going to compete for non of that as far as I can tell, and doping yourself to do better in exercise is just a very bad idea. How about some self respect and pride in the true work and sweat you put in it by your own determination.
