Stimulants Speed addiction likelihood of recovery

Hi, my brother is 31 and his been doing speed since he was 18 or younger who really knows. He is so far gone, he injects speed daily and who knows how much. He has lost everything he owned, his skinny, his a different person, aggressive, lies like no tomorrow and doesn't think he has a prob or doesn't admit it. He had to sell his house and after all debt he was in got $50,000 he went missing and now back and all the money is gone its only been 4 months. How much does he use?

Is there any chance he will realise or is he too gone?
 
Family intervention maybe. An I mean the entire family. Ya can't do much for someone like that they been like that there entire life sounds like they need some sorta epiphany to make a life change.
