Opioids Specific Opiate Potentiation Question

I've read the mega-thread on all the various methods...Tagamet, white grapefruit, quinine etc..

My question is: Is it advisable to take a mixture of these potentaitors over just taking one of them? For example, would taking Tagamet, DMX, and some quinine help to increase the effects of hydrocodone more than just taking say, Tagamet by itself? Or would this just be a futile effort?

Some you can mix better than others. Like I'd suggest an antihistamine like Benadryl or better yet some formulation of hydroxyzine, and then an enzyme inhibitor on top. I would avoid the dxm if you use an enzyme inhibitor like the Tagamet, and you can throw in an NSAID like naproxen on top if you have legit pains to mask. Quinine isn't going to do much, so I'd just skip it tbh. A hit of high quality marijuana can be used to any other potentiators. Any more specific questions? It's easier to answer them vs a broad question because its not a simple yes/no to being able to mix any given potentiators with any other.

I guess the only other, and more specific question I could ask is... What is the best combination of these to take with hydrocodone. I do not have access to benzos either so those are out of the question... I do have access to: gabapentin, hydroxyzine, tagamet, grapefruit, naproxen, and other non-Rx items.

Anyone have any experiences with a certain formula that's worked well for them. Please include suggested dosages if possible.

50-100mg of hydroxyzine, maybe 3 Tagamet IMO. Preload on those two and just take your hydro dose. Expect some increase but tbh the best way to get more effect form opiates is to take more opiates. This is my understanding anyway.
