So, ive happend upon two 25mg ketamine capsules compounded at one of the pharmacies in town. Ive never done ketamine before, (i have experience with dextropamphetamine, MDMA, hydromorphone, oxycodone, morphine, and lsd) and im wondering is this a large dose? take it oraly? What kind of effects can I expect from 25mg ok K? Ill be sharing the other capsule with a friend that has the same experiences as myself.
Any help would be very much apreciated! Thanks :)

take both 25mgs nasay and hope for efects
 
25mg of ketamine is very little, 50mg is a mild experience. This is only true for nasal administration though.
Depending on the compounding, if it's pure ketamine, you can IM it if you know how. 50mg would be an alright dose. Not a K-hole though.

25-50mg orally I would expect no effects from, or very little to happen. Ketamine is poorly absorbed orally, rectally, sublingually (+ tastes like shit)
 
So what did your dealer tell you about those capsules? I think there's a small chance that it might be MXE, and not k, you've got there.
 
they are actual prescription for a patient. Ketamine is prescribed here and dispensed through the pharmacy. These are 2 capsules that are from the pharmacy.
 
Regardless of whether you were splitting it, taking it orally would do next to nothing. I recommend just sniffing it although 25mg won't be too strong, it will give you a relative idea of how ketamine works (if it's good k that is. I'd say 25mg is a decent bump), though it will be nothing close to a "k-hole" and you will get no such notion of an experience like that, unfortunately. Though it is best to warm up to it of course. Have fun, ketamine is a wonderful drug.

50mg of s-isomer K might not make you k-hole, but it might not be something for a first time user to take lightly... just in case it's the dankness
 
S-isomer is THAT much better than racemic mixes? :OOO

I'm getting some supposed S-ket from India within the month. Only had racemix mixes and wasn't sure it would be much better, even if it was s. I'm excited now. =D

This is true. My ketamine dealer gets this s-isomer ketamine. 45mg bump I'm quite blasted, 2 of those I'm floor. Double that dose again and boy I may be going into the pit haha. 50mg nasally for a first time would get you QUITE high.
 
50mgs of ketamine is good for a first dose. Not too weak but not to strong to where you will get overwhelmed. Snort one cap then wait 5-10 mins and snort the other.
 
So it turns out that the capsules are compounded with lactose as a filler. Is there any way to remove the lactose from the ketamine? Is it worth doing? Would snorting the contents with the filler still have the same effects?
 
25 mg should be a nice experience. Some people only use ketamine to k-hole, but in smaller dosages it is also very enjoyable.
