Just wondering if anyone has ever heard this euphamisim / pill name before. When I heard someone talking about it I immedately thought of E, but a forum search here and a pillreports.com search came up empty.... Has anyone ever heard this slang / this press before? I've heard some crazy names / brands before, never this one.

"gear" in the UK is slang for wee. "Wonky" means crazy, or altered in some way. so it stands to reason "Wonky Gear" would mean strange weed, or at the very least kind bud....
Ironically, "gear" in the states is usually a heroin refrence.

oddest one I've heard has got to be "smiles'. I get it but it was strange the first time I head someone saying they dropped a smile. Haha. Party favors is very common in my area.
