Southern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin Scene

To be honest, I am not even sure there IS one. It just seems odd to me with cities like Rochester and La Crosse that there isnt really any community down there. Or if there is, it sometimes seems practically invisible.

Thoughts/Experiences?
