Is this against the rules? I live in the UK and micron filters aren't that readily available, I have a source for filters of 5 microns that may be useful for people in the uk, but also I would like to find out if there's anything better available for myself and those around me.

Do you mean like if I said how all Walgreen Pharmacies (big chain pharmacy in the US) in NY participate in the ESAP [expanded syringe access program], if that would be allowed? Yes it is. We just don't want to vouch for online vendors who might not have such quality control over said products.
 
Ok then the uk based pharmacy big chain BOOTS have a needle exchange programme, I'm sure they would give micron filters with their opioid packs but I wouldn't know about opiate packs as I use their steroid packs. Hit it up OP .
