Im ony a low dose of methadone ...like 2mgs.. Im off nexzt week. BUt I met up with an old friend..and he literally gace me GTA5 to get high with him.. SInce he was lonely.. I said no...but I hgave in. ANyway I used 60mgs of methadone then 30mgs of methadone later on// GOt fucked.. WIll that alter my toleramnce severly and get me right back to negining? like iv been clean literally years! other then benzos. So With that being said gettign high twice in 24 hours.. will IU come off hard off this, or will it not be as intesne since iv been clean years and am on only 2mgs? OR shoudl I ezpect a week of hell?

^Be very careful with methadone and benzos, that combination will kill you!

Judging from your loose typing, you seem very high right now! I don't know where you live or what your situation is, but you should find someone to keep an eye on you! Don't go to sleep for awhile, and don't use anymore benzos or methadone!

If you stop right now and use no more, you'll most likely avoid withdrawals, but it's a close call!

lol Actually im not high at all. My kayboard is filled with milk and sticking. ANd I dont tkae benzos often. I just mean it do taket them. LSt time was 3 days ago. I just ment how badly will it fuck my taper up.. SInce iv been clean from abusing methadone and opiates/opiods for years.. ANd just decided to get high one day. SInce i was offered the video game..BUT I rpoly would of did it anyway. I Just wana know eill I go thoiugh absoluute hell like im back addicted to 60 to 80mgs or will it just be a moderate wd worse then my udsually 2mgs lol! what wass basicly nothing i was cured.. SO yes im an idiot I used when I shouldnt have.. BUt I got sick and it wasnt any fun. PUked all day. IM just worried that it shoot my tolerance up and ill start feeling high dose withdrawsl again.. But I only used once.. WHAts do you huys think? SORRY TO bother you guys dudes.
 
ahh thanks for the great answer.. LOL now that I read it over I can understadn why you thought i was so high. NO early today when I did use I spilled milk all over and now my keyboard is fucking ruined. GOtta get a new one lol! So your saying that one day shouldnt throw my taper off that bad?
 
Going from 2mg to 60mg is going to set you back somewhat, probably. Especially with an opioid that has a long half life like methadone.

OHh i totally agree. But its not like it will make me withdrawal from like 60mgs again. Since i only took it once.. and have been tapering from 120 to 2mgs 3 years. DOnt ask me why used im an idiot. THis is actually the first time since the last time 3 years ago. IM just worried im going to get sick as fuck like I would have if my dose was 60mg and tried to take 2mgs each day for a week. I somehow doublt that it will be like that. I do agree I will feel extra opiods detaching from their respective receptors...but I hopefully it wont feel like a full blown 60mg after one use. Hopef ul;ly insce i useed once ill get sick a few days then my body will not have a build up off a higher dose like 60mgs since i inly used it once. HOpefully my 2mgs wlll do the trick after a day or 2. Id not ill feel th epain for a week! Im still ready to quit next week though from 1mg. Maybeim not ready iv been clena for years and used once. I knoy I rpolly owuld have did it anyway....but I really wanted the new GTA and it was offered to me to use.. Pfft what kinda of friend is that. NOW that I think of it, hes a close friend id never do that him. I avoid almost all my older buddies now since iv been clean.. ITs ben hard because i was in the lifestyle so long that most of my real friends have moved on and are married or working great jobs.! lol Cant wait till I fnally get off the methaodne and go back to college!!! thank you guys for your answer! Still wouldnt mind more. More answers the marrier.

^I misread your post...you've been taking methadone, and you were down to 2 mg and slipped...I'd try going down from 15 mgs back to 2mgs, dropping 1 mg a day...that massive dose likely will have some effect, but not ruin all your progress...

Iv been tapering 1mg a week from 20mg. Then usually around 3 to 5mg before that. FOr the last year.. I just wanted to know will taking 60mgs once set me back as if I was on 60mgs again and get me right dope sick. SInce Ionly have 2mgs doses lol!
Sorry for typos.. like I said when I took that 60mgs todai nodded out so bad i spilled milk all over my keyboard. Im glad i got really sick and felt shit. I have no want to use anymore. I bet if I would have taken a nice tolerant related nod shot of H id be using all over again. Glad it felt liek shit! anyway


ps I cant go back to 15mg.. It would literally take me 3 months and by then id be done wds anyway if they happend to pop up from using 60 once. I only get to see the dr once a month and she wont raise you more then 3mgs.. Maybe 5mgs ig i was above 10 and have been cclean so long and told her im worried im going to use.Even then it would be ointless beccause since I only used 60mgs once.. I shouldnt have large amounts of opiods detaching from my receptors since I only took it the one time. SO worst comes to worse...I should only feel moderalty dopesick compaired to the 2mgs LOL If the 60mg does make wd like crazy worse its only for about one week. Thanks got alot of relies you guys are awesome. I actually have an account wiht over 3500 posts Havnt been on it for years and forgot my password. ANyway with the knowledge i had id look stupid asking from that account anyway. Usally Id answer questions like this, I technicaly know the answer through science.. But in all reality drugs are so unpredidctable that its nice to hear what others have to say!

It wont set you back to the beginning obviously, but it definitely had an effect to the point where if you stop at 2mg's, your tolerance is going to be higher than that because of taking the higher doses of methadone. By the way, you've been clean for years and when you actually slip, your idea of getting high is just taking extra methadone? Huh?

Whatever, ha.
