Are any of you having a difficult time working out while on cycle due to pumps in your lower back? Hell, my lower back was getting pumped while doing dishes! It's killer when doing squats, regular and stiff legged dead lifts, power cleans, upright rows, shrugs, and barbell curls. To say I'm having a little difficulty working out is an understatement. Is it just me or is this common? How do you cope?
