Opioids soo my boyfriend took 450mg (15 30mg Oxycodones)

And drank a couple beers
he won't go to the hospital
and i can do anything
i cant call ems bc i dont know his address
he said he felt like he was OD'ing and when I was like go to the hospital now
all the mattered was money/bills that can get easily tossed away (really just say your broke, and they dont care)
anyways i dont know
he as smoking this stuff all night
and got all emo cause i was busy
and idk what to do
can people like slow down?? a little bit?


i mean i cant even take one without puking and then falling asleep
i cant even imagine
yea i'm fucking worried as fuck and he doesnt even care

why would you tell me that you might be oding on 450mg of that shit and then like, tell me you're fine

That's a fuckload of oxycodone...
Your boyfriend needs to get to the hospital. He needs naloxone.
 
That's OD territory for sure especially with the alcohol. He needs to get to a ER Now! The 450mg's of oxycodone would be enough to cause a OD on it's own never mind with the alcohol combined with it. I could not give him any other advice besides to get to a hospital ASAP. What more important to him some medical bills or his life?
 
That's an overdose. Even with an extremely high tolerance.
Call his parents, or find out where he lives.
If he falls asleep he'll stop breathing. He could also aspirate (vomit into his lungs)
Sorry to alarm you but he needs urgent medical attention. Deffo a 911/999 situation.
 
I've had SO's say they felt like they were ODing and I called the police to their house. It's no fucking joke and not worth the risk. The only lucky thing I guess is if he's been smoking them he hasn't actually gotten 450mg into his system. But especially with the alcohol - call the cops, the emts, his parents, his friends, something that will make sure he's safe.
 
Smoking oxy has like a 10% bioavailablity, so hopefully he hasn't swallowed or insufflated any.
 
You sure he's not just trying to get attention? Kinda sounds like it.

I'd check on him. Watch him. Call for help if needed.
 
I hate hearing about people.smoking those, such a waste. In this case it's good he did I guess. The time it takes to smoke those crappy pills + the horrible BA means your boyfriend is fine. Slap his emo ass.

And maybe give him some more oxy so he passes out and you can haul him to the hospital without him being a bitch about it lolz
 
Maybe I missed something but how exactly did he take them? Oral, smoke, IV.....? If they were all taken at the same time, that's certainly a high dose. Personally, being in PM for 20-30 years. that might make me puke or not but I'm pretty darn sure I'd be OK. If he isn't in PM and is at all opiod naive, that's TOO MUCH! I really hope things work out OK for the two of you.

This aint no suicide attempt or anything. Its a drama queen move at best. He wont die, he'll beg for forgiveness and you'll take him back...wash, rinse, repeat.
 
Just had to revisit the thread cuz I was thinking about this.

If he smoked 15 oxys, he must have smoked like at least 5 grams of powder. Yuck. I'd break up with someone for such a blatant waste of opiates. And fuck that's a lot of powder.

Also, isnt it really hard to OD smoking opiates? Unless you have some killer tar or fentanyl I think it might be impossible.
 
I've known some pretty hardcore addicts that wouldn't pop that many. Smoking em'? What a waste. Sounds amateurish or misinformed. Anyway, is he ok? He survive? Or was it BS? Sounded kind of fishy, but you never know. I would remove yourself from that environment asap unless you're into drama...
 
450mg oxycodone taken orally is equivalent to 675mg hydrocodone! This definitely constitutes a massive overdose, even for moderately opioid tolerant patients, especially when mixed with alcohol. Does he have a death wish or something? Take him to the hospital immediately would have been my advice had I gotten to this thread on time.

I really hope he's alright, downers mixed together are bad news, break out the alcohol and you might go to sleep and never wake up.
