Alright so in about three weeks I will be attending a rusko concert. Of course, we are going to roll. HARD. I was wondering if anyone had any tips about what to add to water to keep your salt levels and all that in check? I know you aren't supposed to drink large amounts of water if you're sweating a lot, and having been to a rusko show before, I know I will be sweating like non other.
What I mean is, would it be helpful to add a crystal lite packet to water or something like that so I'm taking in something other than straight water?
