Carleen came home last night with a spray bottle of Hartz Flea Killer. I read the label and my eyes glazed over at the phrase "...prevent flea larvae...".
this was a twist in the story, a thought that never crossed my mind...baby fleas hatching creating new minions of fleas to eat me alive, like i'm the chubby pock marked kid at summer camp covered in mosquito bites.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
this is much like me overlooking the fine print at the bottom of my low-carb snack bar:
