Cocaine Someone please please help me.......???(can't fall asleep on coke and various drugs)

Ok everyone I don't known what 2 do right now cuz I did Like 4-5 lines of blow got shitfaced drunk (like 6 beers and around 5-6 shots of tequila) and took two hits of pot to try to help me come down around 4 hrs ago and it's been around 11 hrs since the first line of blow and I and around 5hrs since I did the last line of blow.. I've been using my left nostril which is bleeding right now cuz I didn't use my right one cuz I got it pierced around a month and a half ago.. Y is my nose bleeding and does anyone know what I can do so un can come down n go 2 sleep?!!! Ik the biggest thing is that I shouldsbt have been so dumb bout mixing drugs bur I really just wanna go 2 sleep... And this is my 3rd time doing blow in case ne of u were wondering.,, the first time wad n February an valentines dauy weekndb and The second in march not sure when in march tho, prolly close to the middle It tho.. And tfe last time I did it was
the day v4 yesterday late at night around 11 pm it so .. So yeah could it b because I just did it the other day which was only 3 lines or was it cuz if the mixing and how much I did tonight?.... Txanks in advance guts I just really need help right now and sorry for this being so ridiculously lond an well...

you're going to have to wait until the coke leaves your body...
i would have recommended benzos but seeing as you drank... do not mix.
 
2 hours and still unable to sleep? Sounds like the coke you got was cut with speed!! Some Mexican cartels are now doing this with coke, adding amphetamine or methamphetamine powder to cut the coke and make it seem stronger..
 
if it was cut with speed, you may be awake for a long time.

I only took 1/3 of a gram of base and it kept me awake for 38 hours 8o!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
yea sounds like it was cut. With the amount of booze you consumed and weed you smoked it should've help to depress your heart rate and at least calm you down somewhat and allow you to sleep. I always keep benzos on hand for situations like yours, and i only take them if it was at least 4-5 hours after i consumed the alcohol because mixing the 2 is no good. I also take a very little amount as to not overdue it. The nose bleeding thing happens and is nothing to be overly concerned about as long as its not gushing out of your nose. I have a few other methods i use to comedown if benzos aren't available. First i clean my nose out by flushing it with water (wet a paper towel, tilt your head back and squeeze the paper towel to allows drops of water to flow into your nostril) repeat that until you can break up the stuff stuck in there and then blow your nose very good. After that I drink a few glasses of water, and force myself to eat bread or some kind of absorbent food. If that doesn't work, or helps out but still leaves me awake. I make a cup of sleepy-time tea. It can be bought anywhere tea is sold and it works very well. Hope this helps out, and like the person who posted above me stated, if it is in fact cut with speed, you are going to be up for a little while. I hate when coke is cut with speed. It ruins the experience IMO.
 
Good cocaine is not a sketchy drug at all. Sounds like you got some shitty gear. I hope you're feeling better, and a little wiser for the experience.
 
You can't really expect to take drugs in this way and not suffer the comedowns. I'm sure most of us here have endured some real ball breakers; I remember once, just from taking pingers, I was up for 3 days.

I disagree with what someone else said about benzos; they're pretty safe and it sounds like the booze must be out of your system by now.

Don't play unless you're willing to pay, it comes with the territory.

It's been almost 2 full days since the OP made that post so I'm going to close this thread now as he is almost assuredly asleep. Cpaige86 if you'd like to make an update on your status feel free to PM me and I'll open the thread up for you to post.

As for anyone reading this in a similar situation...get some water and food in you and try to rest. A benzo or other sedative might be safe if you've taken them before but the stimulant can mask their effects causing you to OD without noticing so be careful with the combos. The hospital is always an option if you feel like you are actually in danger or a friend keeping an eye on you is a less drastic option. Posting on the internet generally doesn't help.
