So you have been using it at night, but not in the morning?
Yeah, don't let it take you. 5 years is a while, but it depends on amount. If you ever are starting to feel disconnected from reality and have intermittent withdrawals … like any insomnia … shakes, sweats, nausea …. depression.. maybe don't take it daily.
Maybe start taking less at night and/or try a night without it for starters.
