Stimulants someone gave me "speed". Test results look a bit dirty?

I decided to give a recent gift a closer look. I can't quite make out if this is really speed or not. Mecke and Mandelin look pretty dirty:

After 20 min or so I decided to run Simons as well to see if it isn't meth:

Actually now that I look at it again, it does seem that the Marquis result is what it should be. At least it was in the beginning (dark orange), and then became brown. I think that testing with Marquis alone can never be enough to find out how clean it can be, as the Mecke test result clearly shows there's a bunch of other stuff present, too. I suppose this could be the lesson learned here?

Amphetamine and methamphetamine may give same color results when Marquis reagent is used. With Mandelin reagent you should be able to tell them apart, anyway I see neither here (at least not of high quality). You could have a drug cut with paracetamol or aspirin or both.
