Somebody help me stay alive for tonight

I can't do it. I can't keep going on, my birthday was a couple days ago & it's sending me into a loop i can't do this. Idk if i have enough to try the easy way out again. Rly want to try tho, the only thing holding me back is the nausea if i don't succeed.

Sorry to hear you're feeling like your life isn't woth living anymore. Why is that so?
And there must be something else bedise the fear of nausea that made you call out for help.
