Hey,
I had my friend over and he gave me some pills and told me to eat em. He said it was speed but is definitely pharmasuticle. There are two types. One is white, has rounded edges and has the letters CIBA on one side and the number 16 on the other. The other is shaped like and asparin, only smaller, has a yellowish tinge to it and has CIBA on one side and the letter P and N on the other side with a line through it. Safe? Unsafe? better yet, what exactly is it?
