Hi-- I poked around on some old threads about dopamine supplements, but I still have a few questions. Hoping someone can help me out!
1) Seems like there isn't a consensus about the best supplement for boosting dopamine. I just picked up a complex (specifically, Dopatone) that seems to have a little of everything I've seen mentioned-- Tyrosine, Mucuna Pruiens, etc. Seems helpful so far, but for all I know, that's really just one ingredient at work, and it'd be just as efficient (and cheaper) to get just that. Any thoughts? Would I be better off with just Tyrosine supplements?
2) Is this the sort of thing I can take as needed, or do I need to take it regularly and keep it in my system? The Dopatone label says to take it three times daily, which is more than I would've guessed.
3) Any negative combinations I should know about (including just counter-productive ones that cancel each other out)? Any problems mixing any of the above supplements with clonazepam? How about weed?
Thanks!
