I'm right here silly!
Just saying, I knew this guy once, who found these pieces of paper, with extravagant designs on them. From what i remember, he ate all three of them, and a beanstalk came out of his head. It was very fascinating, but all extremely new. It really intrigued him and if i remember correctly he kept eating on them and realized what all they can actually do. I mean, this guy had rolled in some fungus in his day, and there were all kinds of upper days and downer days, but this was something completely new. It opened him up to everything he could be doing wrong, could be doing right. All his frames of reference got called into the suspect line, and they were all fingered. But in the end we all gotta come home huh?

He always wondered though, how to deal with the energy accumulation behind the shoulders? He always felt like his cat he said, all tensed up ready to move, but when he moved, he cramped up! He had a small understanding of things like yoga and stretching, and a healthy self awareness but the tension seemed to be the only thing he couldn't stifle and really was his only complaint with this fascinating new world. Other than that he always respected communities of people who were dedicated to probing the limits of earthly conciousness; those not afraid of what their own minds are capable of. Where was i going? I think i forgot. Anyways. Hello. I'm here. Not right now but maybe later when i come back we could chat. Adios. ;)

Hey man, welcome to Bluelight!

You'll see, we're a very open minded community.

First, you don't need to talk in third person or use acronyms in the effort to not incriminate yourself here when talking about drug experiences or asking questions in order to reduce the potential harm associated with substance use.

To answer your question, I would suggest meditation and relaxation exercises, as I find they help a lot at reducing bodyload, which is the term used for the uncomfortable physical effects of psychedelic drugs such as tension, nausea, muscle pain, general physical discomfort etc.

Make sure you're well fed and hydrated. If you find cramping is a big problem you can also try a mild muscle relaxant of some sort.
