There is a rush for oxycodone instant release formulations, can be just as incredible as 8mg of Dilaudid IV. I've taken 50mg of OXY IR earlier in the day and the rush was so overwhelming I felt like I almost was about to OD or whatever.

I've Iv'd such pure oxycodone pills once before and the rush wasn't even near this one (pretty much inexistant) I find the rush from it to be very disorienting compared to h or dillies...
